Every paid placement on Black Dollarz is visibly labeled SPONSORED or ADVERTISEMENT before any interaction takes place.

Advertising is not endorsement

Advertising on Black Dollarz does not constitute endorsement, verification, or recommendation by Black Dollarz. Advertisers remain solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of their claims, offers, products, and services.

What cannot be purchased

Businesses may not pay to influence or manipulate:

Organic ratings
Reviews
Historical information
Educational conclusions
Community discussions

Review and removal

Every campaign is reviewed before publication. Black Dollarz reserves the right to reject or remove advertising that violates platform standards, including:

Fraud
Misleading claims
Illegal products or services
Discriminatory advertising
Inappropriate content
Financial scams
False investment promises
Harmful products
Copyright violations
Inconsistent with platform standards

Targeting limits

Advertisers may target geography, interest categories, and business directory categories only. Targeting based on sensitive personal characteristics is not permitted.

Measurement and privacy

Campaign reporting uses aggregated daily counts of impressions, clicks, and associated profile, product, and event visits. Black Dollarz does not build personally identifying advertising profiles of members, and results are reported only where they can actually be measured.

Payment and refunds

Campaign pricing, discounts, and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and a receipt is issued. Black Dollarz never stores raw card information. Rejected campaigns may be refunded at the discretion of Black Dollarz.
